$901 Auction, Making money from SPAM and Mortgage appointment!

Hey world!  How have you been?

I’ve got great news!  This morning the HUGE Twitter auction ended!  Netting a nice profit of $901!  Check it out here:

We are going to use some of that money to pay off another expense AND to deposit money into our account for a mortgage down payment (more on this below).  As you know the HUGE Twitter auction was for 4 Twitter related sites, right?  Well I bought 4 FACEBOOK related domain names last night!  We are going to use the exact same format for a FACEBOOK network!  Here are the domain I bought yesterday:

So that should bring in about the same about of $!  Cool!

So I received a SPAM message from weahlucy@yahoo.com that was written in terrible English, because I always “got my mind on my money and my money on my mind” (old-school Snoop Dogg) I decided to write back and help out for a price!  Here are the actual emails:

Some people are going to read that and say that I was wrong in offering english rewriting services for spammers, but my current mission is to get the f out of the rat race - NOT fight global spam!

In real estate news, we have an appointment with Bank of America at 5:30pm monday night!  We’re excited!  After running our credit the loan officer said things looked very good for getting pre-approved for a mortgage!  Nice!

For all the newbies here, a multi unit is going to remove our rent expense ($300) and provide some passive income!  I’ll let you know how it goes!
